SHIPPING

  • GREETING CARDS: are shipped by Standard First Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail International Standard. These are not tracked or signed for services. If you would like your order to be tracked or delivered express then please message me directly for shipping upgrade options and prices.

  • FINE ART PRINTS & PAINTINGS: All prints and paintings are send via tracked delivery.

  • DISPATCH TIMES: I usually ship items within 1-5 days of receiving an order and will send an update once an order has been shipped.

  • CUSTOM &IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

PACKAGING

I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

  • GREETING CARDS: are supplied with a cellophane sleeve and shipped flat in either a carboard envelope or backed with card and sent in a bubble lined envelope.

  • FINE ART PRINTS: Unframed prints are rolled in acid free tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Framed print are carefully packed; with cardboard corner protectors and a cling film wrap around the outer edges. A piece of cardboard is laid over the glass side, then the entire thing is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed into a study cardboard outer sleeve with protective bindings and ‘fragile’ labelling.

  • PAINTINGS: are carefully packaged: their edges are securely protected before the whole painting is wrapped in a double layer of bubble wrap, Sturdy cardboard is placed front and back of the painting and secured in place. Everything is then placed within a heavy duty cardboard art box, with additional padding to ensure the painting is held in place. This box is then securely sealed and wrapped in special ‘fragile’ tape.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • RETURNING GOODS: Providing the item(s) is in the same condition in which you received it you are able to return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please notify me before sending. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Once I have received the item(s) a full refund will be made. Please note shipping costs incurred by me when sending the item are not refundable.

  • DAMAGED GOODS Please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Upon agreement please return the item(s) to me (obtain proof of posting and a receipt for your records). I will then replace/refund your order.
